I bought the small spray container to test this solution after a friend recommended it to me. It definitely works well and leaves no after staying on my carpeting I would definitely use it again. I've used some that say they have some bleach in them and that can cause discoloration of the carpet so I decided to get away from those. I just bought the urine with a damp paper towel and then a dry paper towel and pour this right over it. I'd say it's a very good product.

This product works well to remove the urine smell. The dogs haven't re-marked since.

Don't waste your time on the UV light that sometimes comes with a smaller size of this product. Go for the gallon. Especially, if you have puppies. Four people in our "loft" office got puppies around the holidays. We not only allow pets in the workplace, we encourage it. However, our office is such a huge open space that sometime Fido gets confused about what is "inside" and what is "outside". Then, there's the p***ing contests. This product, when used properly, gets that nasty, rank urine smell completely out. We have concrete floors that have not been sealed. So, it's important to get all that smell out before it soaks in and becomes one with the atmosphere. I say, "when used properly" because some people around here think they can spray the puddle of urine a time or two, wipe, and walk away. Or just spray and walk. This will not cut the odor. You must first sop up the urine, then spray the surface until wet, the wipe away. We have also used Urine Off on an area rug. In order to get good results here, you must lift up the rug and treat the area under it where the urine has soaked through. But, as I say, if used according to instructions, this is the most effective product we've tried. And I do recommend getting the gallon size. Believe me, sooner or later, you will go through a gallon, if you have puppies or incontinent older dogs. (I haven't addressed the effectiveness of this product on cat urine because I haven't tried it on cat urine. No cats in the office. They are technically allowed in our office...but I'm afraid they'd live a short, terrified life so no one brings theirs up to work.)

I have been using this product for about 2 years. I have several dogs of my own and also foster for my local shelter. Lots of little beasties coming and going, leaving me souvenirs. This is the best product I have found for removing urine stains and odors. You have to use it full strength and you have to fully saturate the stained area, which means I use a lot of this product. I first bought it from a local carpet store who said he saw a demonstration using tiger urine. This product totally neutralized that smell! I bought a quart and tried it, but given the size of my house and the number of animals I have I told him I would need it in a 55 gallon drum! Then I found it online where I could buy 4 gallons at a time and get free shipping and I have been ordering it now 2 or 3 times a year. This product really works! Get a black light to help you find all the spots...you will be shocked at how many there are you can't see with the naked eye! But the dogs know they are there!

Recommended by a carpet cleaner… it works! Follow the directions and you shouldn’t have another problem there. The spray is effective on the stain and any residual smell. The product, and size is a great value for the money. I’m laying an area rug and will spray it to prevent any issues on it. I’ll let you know.

This stuff works great. I have stone flooring. If my dogs pee on the floor, I let a paper towel absorb as much as possible, then I spray this stuff on really thick to form a puddle and let it soak until its dry, which usually takes about 10-20 minutes. Then I spray it again lightly and wipe it up while its still wet with a paper towel. Using this method the pee smell is completely gone. If the pee was not noticed right away and was dried, then this product is not as effective, in that case I repeat the entire process 2-3 more times, and its about 90% effective. I have not tried this product on anything else besides stone flooring. I have a very sensitive nose. In my opinion, this product is about 100% effective at eliminating the pee odor if the urine was not allowed to dry. I haven't found anything else that works better than this. Some reviewers complained about the smell of this product. In my opinion, it does not smell bad. It smells like wet sawdust, it smells 1000x better than dog pee. The chemical smell goes away as it dries. Once the spray is completely dry there is absolutely no residual chemical smell. Pros: works Cons: none the price seems expensive, but this is the best deal I've found so far, and the most effective product I've found so far.

Best product I have found for removing pet stains and odors. Even works on day old messes, which is important on these to saturate and leave for at least an hour before cleaning up. I use a BISSELL Little Green Multi-Purpose Cleaner to scrub and vacuum up the residue. Never fails. Disappointed when local pet supply stores stopped carrying this product so resorted to on-line ordering.

It removes bad odour of urine. However a bit expensive.

This stuff works wonders for us. We had a couple of spots in the carpet wear the dog ended up going and this cleaned it up off the carpet in no time and took care of the smell and everything. my pup hasn't gone back to that spot since.
