Q: It says 2.1 inch circumference. That'd be a 0.66 inch diameter ball. Is that a mistake?

the problem of this product is, the chains are so fast to broke, I just use them second time the chain is broken, it is not practical

You can get two balls. What's more, what the video shows is wrong. Our product opens in the same way as shown in the product picture.

I can't answer that question as there is nothing on the tea ball or included with it either. Sorry I can't be of more help. However, I do like the tea ball, and I am pleased with my purchase.
