Will not fit in a refrigerator, but good in a lamp.
This came up in a search for refrigerator lights. It is way bigger than the one I was replacing and it would not fit. I should have realized LED bulbs are never really small even though this is smaller than most. Would have helped if the dimensions had been on the page. I shall keep it and use it in a lamp. I am now using it a lamp and it gives off a very white light, which is much better to us than the yellow light of most bulbs even ones saying "soft white". It is also bright. I upgraded to 5 stars. It gives off more light than a similar LED bulb rated at 60 Watts I got at Costco.

Was initially happy, 4 months later, 2 bulbs dead already :(
Update - Jan16I was initially really impressed with these bulbs, but 2 of the 4 bulbs have now stopped working. They just go on very dim(not visible unless dark room), then when you turn off they slowly flicker down to a stop. Very strange. I am hoping to get them replaced as they say they should last several years, but these have lasted just over 4 months at mimimum use, with no damage or movement after initial placement. Really disappointed as I was happy to spend the money on expensive bulbs for all the right reasons, only to find they are less effective than regular bulbs.

Disappointed...
I did a search for a 100 watt equivalent LED light bulb and this 7w product came up in the results. The website must've been using the 100 in the "100% money back" text for the keyword because I had to immediately replace all of these LED light bulbs with the incandescent light bulbs I'd just removed from my lamps. Simply put, their LED bulbs didn't produce enough light to see the clothes in my closet, reading or doing my nails; all of which I'd previously been able to do with the incandescent light bulbs. It's not worth the hassle to return them, so I'll use them for the night light over the stove or give them away.

Started using these bulbs in March and it's now October ...
Started using these bulbs in March and it's now October. We have replaced at least 3 of them already. Lights flicker? What happened to 50,000 hours before needing to be replaced. Very expensive bulb at this rate.

You think your old bulb was bright? You were wrong.
This little bastard blasts your retinas like staring into a captured white dwarf without the inconvenience of major gravitational disruptions in the home. Highly recommended for lighting up dark places. My meter spins backwards whenever I light this bulb—NationalGrid is pissed but I hate them more than Kanye loves Kanye so they can suck it. Bulb doesn’t get hot. You can’t keep a true boss down so this bulb can’t be dimmed. Don’t like that? Buy a sissy-bulb, or keep your shades on inside like me.

A lemon....
Bought this in early may 2015. I liked the color of the lighting better than the 5k bulbs I had throughout the rest of my home. It was slightly warmer. However, sometime in November the light began going on and off. I checked the socket with a CFL and it's worked perfectly since. It had to be the bulb. I did leave that particular light on the majority of the day. Nevertheless, it was always turned out at night and according to the description I should have been able to expect "50,000 hours of light". But a few quick calculations will macerate that claim to shards. I promise you this bulb started acting up on me in November, but don't take my word for it. Do the simple math. Even if it went out yesterday, I ORDERED the bulb May 5,3015. That's 304 days. Suppose I lied about turning it off at night? 24 hours a day x 304 days = 7320 hours. It is what it is. Your warned.

short life
These bulbs don't stand up under normal household use. After 6 months in a duning room light fixture, two of them have failed.
