Well Built Generator, Delivered Quickly, and Outstanding Customer Service
I replaced an essentially new, GENERAC generator, with this beast. I found that I had miscalculated on what the GNERAC generator could handle, and I needed a generator with more power handling. I also was thrilled when I saw that this had an electric start, as I was not fond of having to pull the cord to start the GENERAC generator. I had made several calls to the manufacturer, asking questions, and they were more than happy to answer my questions. Thery were always there when I called. For some of my questions, they went out of their way to answer me, which I appreciated. I have faith in their product, and their effort to help customers. When I received this unit, and got it set-up for running, my first question was would it start immediately, from just pressing the 'run' button. Yep, it started running, with no issue. I was thrilled. I gave the GENERAC to the Red Cross. I am following the procedure that was recommended years ago, by several mechanics, and by GENERAC, which calls for the generator to be ran at least 30 minutes, once per month. This keeps the engine parts properly lubricated, and for this particular model, it keeps the battery charged. The battery would otherwise lose its' charge, over time. Simply put, you cannot just buy the generator and park it, to be forgotten, until you need it. It is not even recommended to do that with an automobile. You need to run that engine. I am very happy with the looks, the build quality, and the operational ease of this generator. One that to mention. Use 'fresh gasoline'. A mistake would be to just fill a container with gasoline, and keep using it all year, just to start your engine for a 30 min. run. Gasoline can go bad. The following is a typical comment about old gasoline: "Properly stored gasoline can last up to half a year. Though it naturally degrades and loses combustibility over time due to oxidation (exposure to oxygen) and evaporation of its volatile compounds, gasoline usually lasts three to six months when properly stored in a labeled, tightly sealed plastic container or metal tank of the capacity recommended by your fire department (usually no more than five gallons). The purity of the gas and the use of fuel stabilizers can shorten or lengthen its life, however.". You can extend the life of your gasoline by pouring a fuel additive, such as STP fuel stabilizer ( sold on Amazon ) into FRESH gasoline. This will extend the life from one to three years. Remember, use this with FRESH gasoline, and devise a method of keeping track of when you added the additive, so that you know when to dump 'old' gasoline. For myself, with the additive, I shoot for the one year mark. I also use premium gas, for better quality control.

Great generator for a great price.
The mfg has fixed the issue with the 50A plug not fitting correctly. Sure, it’s loud because it’s not a inverter generator, but you won’t get this wattage output at this price with an inverter generator. I use a Wen generator cover and it fits great. I was also able to remove the spark arrestor and add a flexible exhaust pipe to get the exhaust (CO2) further away from where I’m running the generator. I’m surprised the generator stayed in the box during shipping. The manufacturer needs to put it on a small pallet and strap it down well and wrap it with lots of shrink wrap. I don’t regret the purchase.

Looks like it is made very good
So far working in a test mode it has preformed great. I have bought plug outlet for my garage and house and wired into my breaker box with a outside connector weather proof box 220 volt 30’ cord and ground rod for generator. I have gas for heating, cooking and hot water. 3 hours of testing when great. Packed it drain gas change oil. I plan on firing it up and running it for every few months. 100 % gas only!

Works but damaged
The carrier that delivered the unit advised that if I inspected the contents before I accepted delivery I would void the warranty. So I accepted delivery to find the gasoline tank dented. The unit works fine just damaged in transit.

Awesome Generator For The Price
The price it right and it seems to be built well. Powers the whole house and my well pump. It’s loud when standing right next to it. And when your inside you can hear it. It’s easy to change the oil. If the starter battery is dead the pull start is very hard to pull so make sure you keep the battery maintainer on. People have complained that the valves became bad and damaged the generator. I say that the valves need to be adjusted after so many hours of use to prevent this problem.

Great service on delivery.
I bought the Dual Fuel Model and hooked it up to propane. Fired right up. As far as testing the load i haven done too much yet. I plant to run a 50 Amp back feed to my panel and will see how it performs. I will update review then. So far so good. I'm also interested to see the level of harmonic distortion with this unit when operating small electronics such as computers.

Love it!
Just bought this gen again, as we lost the last one in hurricane Ian. As always easy start up. Good to have, hopefully we won't have to use it in this new hurricane season.

A Good Thing to Have in California
Loud as with most generators but does the trick ... runs for about 7-9 hours before needing more gasoline ... with the ever present threat of a power shut off in California ... this is a must have unless you like going days without electricity. Runs like a champ and basically can plug the whole house into it. Highly recommend...
