My girl started crawling recently so I went on the search for something to help me prevent her from getting into cabinets with harmful substances etc. Something that could be installed on the inside and wouldn't ruin the look of the cabinets, also something that would work for different types of cabinets and drawers (my decor varies from vintage cabinetry to some Ikea stuff). I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to install the locks, no drilling or special tools required (thank God!) and how easy it is to use them. After yanking on a couple of drawers without much luck my daughter has lost any interest in them and moved on to safer things and I now have a peace of mind, which is priceless to me! Highly recommend!

I am a 63-year-old bachelors so why am I buying child guard protective equipment. So the reason I just purchased a house and after all these years I will finally be living near my family in Tennessee. I have a multitude of great nieces and nephews who will hopefully be visiting me at my new house and do not want to ever have anything happen to them. So I have installed these devices in doors and drawers to prevent access for small humans infesting my new house :-) I would never want to see anything happen to them or them get hurt. So for a small investment and a minor inconvenience I can protect them from getting into things they shouldn’t have gotten into. These were great I hope somehow this comment helps people. Edit February 26, 2021:Needless to say, I was quite surprised and dismayed to receive this bribe email from the company I gave a poor review for child safety latches. I attached a screenshot of the email they sent.I had a foolish sense of relief after installing these childproof latches. These couldn’t be installed on my cabinets and drawers just below the counter as the counter juts out so far and doors and drawers go up to the bottom of the counter. Anyway, I installed what I could and was pleased. My 20 month old granddaughter was able to open these latches within 2 seconds. She turned to me with a huge cheesey smile and clapped. She was SO proud of herself! So, grandma is back to square one. Don’t waste your $.

These locks are hot garbage. The plastic is terrible. The hardware is terrible. The only thing serviceable is the 3M adhesive. It took five different sets to get one that didn't 1. Shatter the plastic or 2. Have the screw snap in half. And once I finally got one to stay on, it broke after three uses.Absolute garbage.

I bought these because they did not require tools or screws. I bought them for my classroom, I teach art in elementary school. I have three autistic classes that come to my room for art each week. Some of those students go through the drawers and take all of the contents out ( hundreds of colored pencils and markers). I really needed these to work and I did not want to damage the drawers so I went with the adhesive drawer locks, however, they did not work at all.

Bought this as a gift for my friends, they have twins that like to try EVERYTHING. They are saying that these cabinet locks made their life way easier and less stressful. Happy parents is the best review I guess :)

The locks work perfect. It was super easy for me to stick it inside my 4 cabinets where my toddler used to make a mess. The adhesive part is really strong! Even when I tried to remove the lock using my strength I could not. Now I’m sure that my son will not harm himself. I’m more than satisfied with this purchase!
