Great book hope this will help with my weight loss as I can not exercise ever again because of a car accident has left me with herniated spine

There are so many good recipes in here, perfect low calorie meals for the whole family.I still have this and make so much use out of it.A must buy!

Big fan of the series and bought serveral of the cookbooks. This is one of the better ones and even my fussy teens like them.

This book actually does contain recipes for all the family. They are easy to follow and the end results taste great.
