I really love this cup. I find it annoying with most cups that the lid always ends up smelly and even tasting funky. But this is a ceramic lid, perfect. It’s not “leak proof” it does have a little silicone piece to seal the lid but I’d assume it won’t hold up to tipping over and not leaking. But for me it’s great. I drink at my desk or walking my doggy. Easy to wash, no difficult hidden corners

This is excellent. I have taken time to review and it has stood the test of time. I have dropped it and it has survived. The only issue is I don't have confidence in the seal when in the car as it quite 'moveable'

Really like the tumbler's design: having something sleek and slim rather than coffee cup-shaped makes this much easier to fits in my bags. The hand grip bar around it is a great feature. Easy to clean and hold. Insulation also means you'd never know something hot was in it!

Although it is a beautiful cup, its downfall is the lid. While it is pleasant to drink from, the lid is not secure or tight enough, making it unsuitable for any form of travel.

Plastic free!!! Only one I could find that is truly plastic free!! Enough with the dodgy leeching plastic polluting us constantly! Thank you!

Lid easily comes off and not very safe specially with hot drinks

I bought this as I was looking for a non-plastic coffee mug, which it is. But it is so impractical in terms of design. The base is too large to fit in my car cupholder and when I drink with the lid on and there is <50% coffee left it tips all over me because of the design, so once I get to that point I have to take the lid off which makes it less useful on the go.

Overall this mug is very good, the colour selection is a nice touch as well as the ceramic lid which mimics you sipping out of a mug. The only gripe which I do have with it is how easily the lid can come off. The lid is not threaded on so there are lots of opportunities for it to accidentally pop off. The lid is also not leak proof which this product does already state, so if you are looking for a leak proof travel mug, this isn’t it. This travel mug does keep your beverage hot for quite a long time as is advertised. The rubber grip strip is a handy touch to ensure no slippage in your hands when carrying. If this mug had a lid that was locked in a bit more tightly, I would have given it a 5 star rating. Otherwise I am happy with this purchase.

I like it for what it is, being a totally no plastic option. However, the ceramic lid is VERY loosely connected at the top. So if you plan on having this in a dynamic environment where the lid being well fastened on to the cup is important, think twice. Other than that is does what it needs to do. If I wasn't so concerned about having a plastic-free option I'd give it less stars.

I was looking for a to go coffee mug that didn’t have a plastic top. Other coffee mugs with the plastic top, no matter if you hand washed them or put them in the dishwasher they always smelled and tasted like soap, ruining the taste of your coffee. Not this mug. So far I’ve been very impressed. I know that the ceramic tops won’t be as durable as it’s gross plastic counterpart, but I was sold on the fact that the lids are easily replaceable.
