Lots of useful, interactive things to do for a single workshop or long-term training!
The activities range from easy to set up to ones that are a bit more involved. I was pleased that many aspects of diversity are included among the activities here. I did an hour long training session in which 35 people took part. We did two of the cultural diversity activities and the participants were very receptive. Feedback was very positive and many participants indicated that they would like more such training.

It's ok
Gives some ideas, quite useful. Would not say I loved it. Just ok. Some exercises are entertaining, while some makes me scratch my head.

Book for groups
This book is meant to be used by a group of people. Provides activities, but mostly expects group members to learn from each other.

Not designed for line-level hourly associates who typically lack higher education.
This book is not designed to be used with everyday workers which is what it is intended for. The activities are all very strange and are difficult for a typical worker to understand. Maybe if you worked at a Diversity company it would be a good book to use with other professors or something. If you are looking for activities you can do with line level staff it's not for you. Just Google something and it will work better.
