As I have to take a probiotic for my stomach/colon issues, I have tried several. My specialist takes Align and suggested I do as well but it is very expensive. I find the Jamieson products work well for me and have no after taste. A tip for individuals that take all those fizzy tablets in water that cost a lot, my doctor said to just take a teaspoon of regular baking soda in a small glass of very warm water and it does the same thing. That's also what she and her family do, wish I knew that years ago, works great. You may burp, that's a good thing. I have gone through colon cancer surgery, Blueberries are THE Superfood so I am told by all.
