Decent racquet but didn't last
Great racquet... until it splintered on the outside frame. I did reach out to customer support who said they'd reach out to Babolat and I did not hear back (and to be fair I did not reach out with the photos quick enough so that is on me! ). I'd definitely encourage buying racquets elsewhere (not amazon!) though for better longevity, warranty and support

for beginners
I am a high intermediate and the racket is unstable when playing against heavy hitters and when taking a full swing it is unpredictable.

Great racket!
Received as a Christmas gift because I needed a 2nd racket and this model most closely resembles my current Babolat racket but slightly lighter. I found I can get more spin and power on my serve. It comes pre-strung but I switched the factory strings out and had mine restrung with something more to my liking. I enjoy playing with this racket. For reference, I play USTA League 3.5 - 4.0 and am very experienced.
