Honestly, I was a little skeptical as to whether this product would be worth purchasing. Well, I’m super glad I purchased it. It’s excellent quality, and it helps keep out unnecessary noises when speaking into my microphone. Plus, it keeps the microphone protected.

I had a pop filter before this and it would always get in the way and not perform very well. This is the exact opposite because its super discrete and does an amazing job of reducing popping sounds!

I already owned a pop shield for this microphone, but the AT2020 is so sensitive it can pick up the smallest of sounds from multiple feet away, so I bought this intending to cancel out some background noise without having to install software that suppresses background noise. This worked perfectly for what I needed.

I had originally used a pop filter, but I realized with my set up, the pop filter couldn't stay in place. It was time for a replacement.The filter does it's job well if not better than the pop filter. No loud pops and it doesn't pick up as much outdoor sound because the mic likes to record everything within a 50 mile radius. Plus the cover keeps any dust from getting in the mic.The filter fits very snug on the mic. Easy to install and remove if you need and it covers the internal blue light if you didn't like that (if you like the blue light, I dunno what to tell you, sorry).The product did come with indents from being folded to fit in the packaging, but it doesn't impede the quality.
