Had broken bone in feet joining little toe and ankle. Our Orthopedic doctor said wearing these shoes is the best choice. Could walk with it comfortably. So it worked out quite alright. It did take a long time (6-9 months) to heal, but then fracture was significant - bone had broken and deformity was visible. When you wear this, please make sure that you wear normal shoe with similar sole height other feet, otherwise you may get pain in other joints (transitory) mainly due to imbalance of weight distribution.
