I've been using "non-stick" metal baking trays for years, and had become frustrated with the way stuff always gets baked onto them hard and you can never get them clean, so I decided to try these silicone mats. They are an absolute revelation! I've had these for a couple of weeks now, and so far used them for baking bread, biscuits and even cooking fish. They work great - nothing seems to stick to them, and they're really easy to clean under the tap or in the dishwasher. They still look like new, not a mark on them so far. I've found that I no longer need to oil the surface or dust with flour before baking as I used to, and was surprised how easy it is to remove things after baking - they just lift or slide right off. Another bonus is that you can roll them up for storage in a drawer.

You know if you need silicone mats, and these will be the best you can buy. They fit my trays perfectly, and do exactly what you need them too very well. They're easy to clean and replace baking paper really well. Not had a single thing stick to them. Not much else to say really, if you think you need them, you really can't go wrong.

..but fine on a baking sheet, and great for a quick bit of scone or pastry making. Easier than pulling out the big glass surface protector. Very pleased.

I bought these after finding a non oil baked tofu recipe that specifically said you needed to use one of these silicone baking sheets... well I love it! I used to hate washing the baking pans, even with soda crystals... these are so great, you can just wash the sheet by soaking and then lightly using a sponge and washing up liquid to remove any baked in food. This is a game changer. I love that I can now bake oil free recipes, so much healthier and I don’t have to dread the washing up.

Got these as an easy alternative of using baking paper, less waste and more durable. I have used these a few time cooking homemade turkey meatball, homemade chips etc and so far they have been amazing! They are nice and thick so they will not move about in the oven and because its silicone when you have it on a surface it not going to move about. Just as a note, if you are going to be putting them in the oven than make sure to put them on a tray as it might be a bit hard to take out without your food falling off. Overall I would highly recommend these and the fact you get 2 is even better.

I bake Florentines on a weekly basis and find that I use far too much baking paper so I got these to try. They are slightly bigger than my baking tray but still did the job. No more baking paper for me, these are great and clean easily I think they are going to last a very long time.

but very hard to keep clean, they discolour quickly , and need the dishwasher for a better scrub. However their advantages outweigh this , in my opinion.

used for macarons and it turn up really good ! also good size as i couldn't find size for my trays, good quality easy to clean and good price.
