Can someone explain me how to connect the wires since instruccions are very confuse?

There are 5 wires, red,white black yellow (2).red goes to ignition or fuses box, it is easier connect it to the fuses box, white goes to the positive side of the battery, black goes to the negative side of the battery, two yellow wires, one goes to right turn signal light, the other one goes to left. Hello! Can i use these as fog light style and switch backs? Coming on with headlights at night, and also switch back turn signal?

How they operate depends on where you attach the 12V leads. To do what you asked, connect the white LED leads to headlight power and amber LED leads to turn signals. This assumes your car switches the 12V power to headlights, like cars I grew up with. My current Subaru, on the other hand, switches the headlight ground while the headlights have constant power. That would need a different setup to do what you asked.

These are universal, not plug-and-play for a specific model. Connect the white led lead to an accessory circuit, and it will work like daytime running lights.
