This is a great product that I have used for the last five years of serious strength training, using and coaching the Starting Strength method. The fractional plates allow very small increases, so the trainee can continue to drive the strength adaptation extremely incrementally and progressively. Sometimes 5 pound jumps are too big, especially on the pressing movements, these allow increases of half a pound at a time, all the way up to 5 pounds at a time. I keep them in my gym bag with me all the time!

I love these multi colored micro weights. I Highly recommend these for increasing small weight gains on barbell exercises every exercise. It’s a great way to increase strength gradually.

These are great weights that do exactly what I need (tiny little gainz). The only issue I’ve had with it is the cotton drawstring bag ripped, which caused kind of an embarrassing situation on the gym floor for me. I recommend that you only take the weights you think you’ll need with you, because the seam can’t handle all of them. I’m going over the seam with a serger. They arrived in a nice package and quickly. Plus they’re made in the USA. Noice!

My CrossFit coach was kind enough to lend me some weights to use at home for the time being during quarantine. I had hit a few PRs in that time but the jumps were too big for me to move up. I looked online and was lucky enough to find these still available. They are perfect for someone who wants to move up gradually. They come with a small bag to put them in. It is a total of 7.5lbs for this set. I would definitely recommend them. However, I use KGs instead of LBS so now I have to the math, ugh, math. lol I also ordered two sets of their fractional weight in KG. I will review those as well, but it they are anything like these I don't see any problems.

If you need fractional weight plates especially for power lifting and strength training these are it. They are perfect if you need to pop them in your gym bag to take to your gym to use. And if you want to build up to a big bench and or strict press your 100 % going to need these to do it. Also this is a made in America product.
