Pretty good
I bought the chocolate chip cookie mix and it's surprisingly good. Since one of the main ingredients is sunflower seeds I'm not surprised that there was a bit of a sunflower seed flavor to the cookies, but overall they're pretty good. Very easy to mix, I love that there's a vegan option to replace the egg, and a good treat for someone like me who's on a fairly strict paleo (mostly vegan) diet. I did purchase the mixes on a lightning deal with a coupon, so the price was far less than currently listed here. I don't know if I would purchase again at full price, but if it were on a lightning deal again or had a coupon I would.
