LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I have been using this product with a young boy in nursery. This product is fantastic for a range of reasons including building sentences, just making simple CVC words, you can buy a magnetic strip to make your own images to stick on the board too. The board is around a4 size and comes with a rubber and pen.I have put 3* for durability as they are very small foam letters and although my set has been well kept, I'm not sure it would be if it wasn't used with direct supervision. The set comes with 2 capital letters and around 6 lower case letters per letter, a few question marks and a few exclamation marks. Although it does not come with full stops, the letters need the insides pushing out before their first use. So for example, the hole in the middle of the round bit of the p, needs pushing out so I have kept a bunch of these to use as full stops. The vowels are in red and the consonants are in blue.Brilliant tool for writing. I would highly recommend.

Excellent. As shown. Value for money.
I bought this set as a teacher and a mum to help my dyslexic son learn spellings and I am really pleased I ordered it. The box keeps things neat and tidy and orders the letters for ease of use. Each compartment has a sticker on it identifying the letter, so my son can look through to find the required letter, reinforcing the alphabet. Vowels are in red to reinforce their importance. Each letter has lower and upper case magnets. There are a few of punctuation pieces. Letters stick to the whiteboard well. There is one pen and one wiper for the board so we can write on the board as well. I can't fault the set. Most importantly, my son enjoys using the set with me and because he's engaged and 'doing' he is improving. N.B. It might be worth ordering a few extra board pens.

Great product and good price
Love this product. Trying to set up my home education room with alternatives to actual wooden montessori products that can cost a fortune... this is definitely one to have. Value for money and does the same job!

Great letters, box a bit annoying
These letters are great. The numbers of each in upper and lower case is good and it’s perfect that the vowels are a different colour from the consonants. They’re also a good size.My only issue is the box. If you’re going to keep them flat you won’t have a problem, but I carry them around in a bag and the letters don’t stay in place, they get totally muddled up.

Useful for working with Children.
I was very impressed with the quality of these letters. Durable foam on a magnetic backing to use with the board that comes with the letters. I use these letters with dyslexic students and so the vowels and consonants being different colours was also important. There are also plenty of each letter for children wanting to try spelling out longer words or spelling out whole sentences.

Perfect resource for spelling cvc words.
These are brilliant for children learning to spell cvc words. I bought some baking trays in the pound shop and made some simple cvc picture cards. I then give the children a selection of letters they need to make these words and they stick to the baking tray. The children can then make the cvc word remembering that the middle sound has to be a vowel and is a different colour to the first and last sound. The letters are a good size and by storing them in the case provided it’s another opportunity to check the children know their letter sounds when you ask them all to give you for example ‘t’.
