Try testing the unit with inexpensive food first. This still applies.
I just received the unit yesterday, August 7th 2019. The unit is kind of heavy but looks very well-built. All accessories were included, 7. I did find out that the actual internal cavity dimensions of the oven are; 13in side to side; 10in top to bottom; 13 in Back to Front. The heating coils do take up about 3/4 of an inch top and bottom which takes away from the 10in overall height. So far the only thing I have tried to do with it is toast bread. Since the user manual does not state which rack height to put any of the cooking items, the middle one is usually used for toast. If you use the default toast icon, the top will be browner than the bottom. That is due to the two elements on the top and the one on the bottom. If you want your toast uniformly done, you have to play with the DIY function or turn your toast over and do it a couple of more minutes. Tried all different types of configurations, but stayed with the default toast function. I have not tried any other kind of cooking at this time, but I will. So far I find it very interesting to use and a challenge to get perfection. If anyone else has any kind of suggestions on how to correctly use this unit, please leave comments. Now that I have been able to use it more, I love it. The rotisserie function works beautifully with a 2lb pork bottom roast. Even though the recipes given in the manual are vague, they can be used, if adjusted for proper foods. Did the pizza thing. Bottom rack gives crisper crust, middle rack gives softer crust, but both cook top evenly. Haven't tried other accessories yet, but that will be in time. The only outside part of the oven that gets a bit warm is the top, due to upper burners. Wish there were more recipes for this particular oven. I am sure it can do a lot more, with guidance. It is easy for me to understand touch button functions, even at my senior age.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Unit never did work right. Arrived without a light bulb. Sometimes it would stop baking midway for no reason. We tried everything to get it to work properly. Never knew when it was going to turn on or not. Some days if you were lucky it would work other days when you needed it the most it would not turn on at all! The Rotisserie broke the very first time used couldn't take the weight of a 4 lb chicken..bolts holding the rotisserie pulled right out of the sides of unit. The bake setting cooked properly and browned okay when it worked, timer worked okay. Because there wasn't a light bulb you could not check on your food. The outside of the unit gets VERY HOT! Now they say it's no longer returnable

My new favorite kitchen toy..
My sister-in-law recommended this to me last week (wish she’d told me before Thanksgiving), and I was so excited to try it, I ordered it that very day and tried it out the night it arrived. That was a few nights ago and so far, I love it. It’s a sleek, nice looking appliance and it’s very simple to use. The interior space is more than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The quality seems to be really good, and we’ve found that the pans and rack clean really easily. After cooking last night, I just put them all in the dishwasher and they came out like new. On top of all of that, it takes much less time than a regular oven. The first night we got the oven we used the pressure feature to make a pot roast. We just put everything in the pan, seasoned it, put it in the pressure oven, and had dinner on the table 45 minutes later. It cooked really quickly, and it was probably the best pot roast I’ve made. I think the pressure locks in the flavor. I usually use a stove-top pressure cooker to make pot roast, but I think the water you use with those dilutes the flavor. This pressure oven seemed to seal it in.Last night we made ribs, following the recipe that came with the pressure oven, and they turned out great too. I’m excited to try out the rotisserie tools tonight for lemon pepper chicken. I’m really enjoying this Pressure Oven. The only drawback for me is that we don’t have a ton of counter space. When we bought it we planned to keep it stored and only use it at the holidays and for parties, but I’m going to have to figure out a place to keep it for everyday use. It’s too nice to just hide away for holidays.

Arrived on time!
this arrived quickly! and it is a beautiful oven! it's sort of like pressure cooking with any pan you bake with! which is very cool. After cooking a roast, the steam in the oven was obvious. The only little thing is that this is not a convection oven and so you might have to turn your food while cooking. Other than that, the oven seems nice.

Easy, fast, good. And dead.
UPDATE: Our oven has died and no longer heats up. The display still works, but nothing happens except sometimes when the it eventually says "E4", an error message. We used it about a dozen times before failure, but unfortunately we bought it "used" (really it was just open box) so it's not covered by warranty.Anyone who says this is hard to use should just stick to the potato button on their microwave. This thing is dirt simple. Easy to clean? Could be better, could be worse. As for cooking, I'm pretty amazed at how fast this thing cooks a chicken, potatoes, or other long-cooking foods. It's not perfect, but I will be ditching my microwave. The few perks the microwave has are not enough to justify it's continued presence in my kitchen. The only real challenge will be learning the subtleties of how this thing cooks. The cookbook covers a few basics, but I think there will be some experimentation with recipes that aren't covered there, because cooking with it is somewhat unique.
