Leather a Little Worn
Though the leathers a little worn it's still a good belt, and the price is great. I punched additional holes into one end to accomadate a wider sword sheath. It works perfectly for the scabbard to my Whetstone Cutlery William Wallace Sword. Another feature I like is the fact that the buckle can be changed. I replaced my buckle with the Cross pattée.

Worked well for my cosplay after I adjusted it
It was good for my barbarian cosplay. I stained it black with leather stain, had to trim it and punch a few extra holes in it and arrange a way to keep the end against the belt but I’m used to that amount of work to make stuff do what I need it to.

Strong and simple
Good and simple, the leather was a bit dry but not cracked so I oiled it

Not bad after a little care
Functional but clearly corroded studs and cheap, clean off rusty studs with some diet soda and oil the straps with flaxseed and it’s cool now so three stars due to okay after fix and price point is good.

Poor quality
While I wasn't exactly expecting a masterpiece at this price point, I was rather disappointed that when I received my belt, all of the metal components were covered with significant corrosion

Sturdy and holds up
Great for strapping a sword to your back in a Renaissance festival type environment when you don't need to actually draw it out. Kept my bastard sword tight to my back for the whole day. I put some foam under the strap to make it more comfortable on my shoulder and red locktite on the screws right away to prevent them loosening

Virtually unusable.
Where to start? Well, on the plus side, the leather seems of decent quality and it appears to be durable enough. But on the negative side: it strikes me as being absolutely unusable. There is no angle to the loops through which you have to put the sword and, as a result that, the sword does not hang at a comfortable angle either. Not when you are using this device as a belt and not when you are using it as a shoulder sling either. In addition it is not a belt. It is not a continuous loop of leather closed with a buckle it is, instead, two riveted loops of leather, one leading to a tongue and the other to a buckle. Only a sword, or other solid object, going through the two loops keep it is something that you can wear. So, if you were to put an un-scabbard it sword through the loops and wear it is a waist belt once you draw the sword it just falls down [this can happen if you have a scabbard too.] This fact is not entirely clear from the photographs accompanying the item. I wouldn't waste your money on it.

Great belt
I love the quality of this belt. It's exactly as pictured. Only complaint is I wish they'd packaged it differently. The way it was squished left it with some rough dents.

Well made.

big and not the best leather but for the price it was well worth it for a sword holster belt

I had visions of uses for this belt nut not one washer using it for a Katana. None of my broad swords will fit a fully adjusted belt. I feel like calling it a piece of junk but I sure i will one day find a perfect use for it. The leather is thin but quite sturdy and it does have a nice buckle.. Consumer beware. Plan this purchase wisely.
