The media could not be loaded. Faulty, won't charge right out of the box. overheating.after having noticed my negative feedback and my return request, the supplier immediately reached out, and promptly took action by sending me a replacement irrespective of my return. the new battery was received a couple of days later, and works perfectly. Thank you for reaching out and taking corrective action.

The hardest part was getting the computer apart. The battery was easy to install and I'm very happy now that the computer is up and running like new.
