Melted Beyond Recognition still Delicious

These are Amazing!!
I wish I could buy these all year round, but I can't take the chance! (Be warned! If you order them and the temperature outside is in the mid 80's or higher, chances are, they will melt!!) These chocolates are always delicious! Amazing, rich hazelnut and chocolate flavor! Compared to this, other chocolate brands are disappointing! Guylian has been my favorite chocolate for several years! I'm so glad their quality has not declined. They are even better when paired with black coffee or a hot cup of tea! Of course, I always overindulge, but that is my fault, not theirs. Lol Please, don't EVER change!! I'll order again in the fall when the weather cools off again!

Poor quality of item,and not be able to eat them
Even though these were ordered and delivered in February in New England,they were all completely melted. I have ordered in th past,and never had a problem,but now I will think long and hard to,order again. Waste of money,since they are not returnable or edible .its a shame I can’t give them a rating of less than one star.

Very attractive but really sweet!
Beautiful chocolates shaped like seashells and it milk and white chocolate with a hazelnut filling. They taste like there is powdered sugar in there. Nice chocolate, but too sweet for me.

Don’t order chocolate when your weather is warm or hot.
My chocolates did arrive melted. I got them off my front porch as fast as I could. They were probably only out there 15 minutes. I put them in the fridge and hopefully they’ll be OK. I guess it’s not safe to order chocolates when weather is hot.
