We got this couch off craigslist and I wish I had taken pictures of right before I fixed it because my kids sitting on the tears had actually made them so much worse! It's my first time repairing a couch like this so I'm sure a more skilled person could have done a better job but HOLY COW it's awesome! This is such a cool product. I highly recommend this to anyone who's thinking about throwing out a couch because of a few tears or cracks. I did have to use the fabric patch on a big hole and it worked out perfectly. This stuff is great.

It left everything sticky!!! Seemingly ruined until I applied several coats of denated alcohol over several days. What a waste!I had applied this product after prepping a leather chair and sofa with deglazer and then dying with Fiebing's pro-dye. I loved the pro-dye look and waited until it was dried for a few days. I chose this product hoping it would help restore some small cracks in the armchairs. I used alcohol to prep the cracked arms and a corner of the cushion. After I applied a thin coat of the Coconix following their directions, I waited for it to dry, it never did. It was sticky for over a week. All the furniture seemed ruined from a few minutes with this product. Then after reading further I tried purchasing denatured alcohol in an effort to removed the stickiness. I applying several layers and slowly the stickness lifted. It took days and hours and hence this is my first time writing a negative review to save others from wasting money, time, and possibly totally ruining their furniture. I would rate it zero if I could and wish I could get my money back.

I did not like this product. The compound was too liquid to hold a seam together. It was impossible to smooth out the ridges. I am not happy with the final result bit am now stuck with it. I will have to figure out a way to just cover the whole thing until i can buy a new one. Very disappointing.

The compound is just magical. The result is way beyond what i expected for it is just invisible. Nothing remains from the damages caused by my cat. Thank you for such a good product.

I followed the instructions perfectly. This product is horrible and you can not match the leather color! I waited days and it never dried and it remained sticky to touch. Now everybody says it looks worse than before I tried this product, so this part of an expensive sectional leather sofa is on the way to the dump. Save yourself the trouble and waste and get a professional to repair your leather!

I used this on several tears on an office chair covered with leather looking vinyl. The color match wasn't great but this is an older chair I got for free, and in a basement office, so I didn't care about that. I watched a few videos, and followed the instructions. Most of the patches I did have held up, but the one that was located behind my back when I sit in the chair came apart. I'll have to redo it at some point. It is for that reason that I only gave 2 stars.

This product, (Coconix Brown Leather and Vinyl Repair), is truly amazing! It fixed my problem with "faux' leather making it look like new. This product performed as advertise and I highly recommend it. Lou Pritchett

I used your product to fix cat claw scratches on my leather furniture and love it! I actually just put it on like a polish on the pick marks and it worked perfectly! I also tried it on vinyl bar stools as the vinyl was splitting. It will need to dry for a couple days and then I can comment on adhesion. I was either going to reupholster the bar stools or throw them away so I was pretty aggressive with your product so we’ll see. I’m thrilled with the final product on the leather furniture that was marred by my cat. She is now declawed:)
