My 22 month old son has the bad habit of throwing his food and plate on the floor, so I was looking for something that would stay still on the table or high chair and avoid the hassle of being thrown on the floor continuously, when I came across this plate I thought yes! unfortunately I was wrong, the suction is non existent and so disappointed. I use it as normal plate now

This doesn't have actual suction, it sticks by the silicone adhering to a smooth surface. It works medium well - my 18 month old doesn't throw it around the way she would a bowl but she can pull it off.The other thing is, if you have an IKEA chair with tray, it is just slightly too big. Very annoying - I cut mine down to fit but it's still not great.Get one with proper suction cups instead.

After reading all the great reviews I bought this and am not impressed. The suction - as praised in other reviews - does not keep it on the table. It actually lifts on its own. No matter if you wet the surface or not. We even got a polished marble board to give it a better surface, bit it made no difference. So that’s 1 star gone. The other star went when I put it into the dishwasher. We have a Zeolith dishwasher which dries any plastic, but with this plate there is always lots of water stuck when I take it out. Very annoying. Would not buy this again and have now bought other plates that don’t stick but do the job just fine.

Got this for baby's first plate, thought it would be good to have it sectioned the tray of hes high chair (baby is 8 months old) rather then having hes dinner thrown on the floor.It arrived on time and the design (car) is really nice, but apart from that I can't say anything good about it, the suction is rubbish we tried it on a few different surfaces and it didn't stick at all, we even tried wetting the cups to see if that helped but still one tap and the plate had moved. Description says dishwasher safe? Its now covered in white Marks from the dishwasher (was only put on a cold wash) so safe to say it won't be going in there again. If u only want the plate for the design then its nice but if u wanted it for the purpose I did then I wouldn't waste your money. Now having to order a different one.

Brought as I have a cosatto 360 and most similar items don't fit at its narrow. This fits with little room to spare. I find it doesn't suction well to the additional detachable clip in tray that goes on this high chair but I find it suctions to the regular tray part fine for around 30 minutes or so. Goes in the dishwasher comes out nice and clean no staining so far, comes in a plastic zip lock pouch for if you want to take it somewhere.

Great car suction plate. Stays put on highchair table. Suction not as good when surface is wet. Toddler has worked out the release mechanism, so have to turn the tabs slightly in. The sections are a good size and my little one loves that it is a car and makes brum brum noises while eating off it. Easy to clean by hand wash or a sling it in the dishwasher.

It is so good that now my toddler can eat from the silicone plate rather than the plastic one. It looks very nice and due to 3 different sections you now can easy separate food as my little one does not like to mix up ingredients. The plate has a really good suction and I no longer get worried that the meal ends up on the floor. It is very flexible and can be cleaned very easily. Very pleased with the purchase.

So mine personally never turned up from amazon due to a delivery issue however I bought one elsewhere but as I was asked opinion I thought I would shareThis item its quite good quality for what it is I have only tried it on a wooden table for my 3 year old son but it works really well its easy to clean and also portable and as my son loves cars its a good purchase
