Good product
The reason I want to return it isn't because I don't like the chair, it's because the chair is really nice. But the plastic basin is cracked, it would have been better if the plastic basin was sold separately. This basin is very important for this chair. If any other basin is to be laid, it should fit properly into the groove. Looked for a basin of that size in the outside market but could not find it. A replacement can be obtained now, but if the basin ever breaks later, I am returning the chair, assuming that the chair will be of no use. It is a very useful chair. Very good. But some more changes would be better. That is, some people are very short and some are very tall, so it is better to adjust the height of the chair more. I don't quite understand how to fit it. I think it would be better to make a detailed video. It would be better if the parts are sold separately.

Good. Slightly expensive
The wheelchair gives little problem while manouvering and the U cut seat is losing its shape if seated for long hours. The quality is good with decent sturdiness. I have not attached the foot rest because the lift in our apartment has limited space. Overall a good product.

Recleaner wheelchair
There is no information on how to replace the spare part if it is damaged. No guide line or guide book has been shared with Pradeep. The fielding is noisy because of the folding parts. If the product gets damaged, the whole thing becomes useless. There should be a service center for it.

Accessorie missing
Don't buy! Very poor experience with Cusmocare. Purchased a wheelchair but the lap tray was missing, which is a basic and essential part. This shows carelessness and lack of quality control. Even after informing them, there was no proper response or responsibility taken. Completely unprofessional for a medical equipment company. Not recommended at all.
