Expedient Service, arrived 2 days early. All Akita oysters yield pearls. One oyster had twin pearls!

Very disappointed. Most were not dyed evenly very very wonky. Only a few had to be opened with a shucker, most were talkers. Took all the fun out of the opening. I will stick to fresh water and monsters as I open them for stress and anxiety. The fresh water are also half the price and they are dyed more evenly.

They aren't as round as they say they are very dried out ...

These smell awful. And I have done hundreds of these before 4 years ago. They were well sealed and didn’t smell bad. These smell of death. Also. Out of 8 opened I didn’t like two. They weren’t in good shape. Probably bc hole in bag. Will not buy again.

Most of the oysters were pretty dried out although sealed well. These pearls are colored and placed into oysters so foot has already been cut. It was a bucket list item for my mom and we did have a lot of fun as there is so many. Kids would have a lot of fun doing this a well. Overall a good purchase for the fun factor.

Since oyster openings are all over TikTok, I wanted to experience what looked like a fun activity with my granddaughter. I have watched various content creators open various oysters, so the Akoya looked very easy to open. Oh boy, easy to open didn't prepare me for the stink! These oysters seem like last year's leftovers; all of them stink like rotten seafood, most were completely dried out, and some were not even vacuum sealed... I will go back to opening the rice oysters. They may be a little harder to open, but they are at least fresh, and each shell was vacuum sealed and preserved in it's own package; therefore, no stink!

Love the colors! Much more vibrant and bright than others I have purchased!!
