Financial Management: Theory and Practice (with Thomson ONE)

Overall, this text is well put together. It has good explanations and examples in each chapter. If you choose to take the time and do the self test questions at the end of each section, the answers are in the back. Also, the end of the chapter problems have answers that you can check your work. I haven't used the supporting web material yet, but there are tools and supporting material to download.

Used for an MBA class at the University of Maine in Orono. Didn't read much but when I did it had relevant information.

Very well written and organized book on Basic and Advanced Finance Topics. Lots of Problems, cases, Web Material on each chapter. Each chapter starts with basics of the concept and each section has Self Test questions to see how much has been grasped so far. This feature enables reader to make sure whether the topic is comprehended or not.

This text book is relatively easy to read, has very good examples and laid out in an attractive manner. Overall, this textbook is of a very high quality. Additionally, there are virtually no errors within the text. The author even offers the first finder of any specific error $10 for their discovery. (See intro pages)
