Prepaid Phone Card for International Long Distance Calling

I got it for my sin why he is gone and he couldnt even use it the card was for use at a payphone and it kept asking him to put money in

Took it this on a trip to a place that has only land lines. Dialed 1-800 access code, but it is asking for credit card and says the balance is zero. (just exposed the pin before dialing).

I made a call to the Netherlands, turned out to be a dollar a minute.
