Q: i ordered this 4 months ago and never received. My order history says it’s on the way, “running late.” When will I receive my order?!

It should never take this long, go to your account order history & click on return & replace & state it never came & a refund will be issued. I have had this happen to me several times.

Q: If I buy mulitiples of this product is it still the $4.95 shipping charge for each on ordered?

Amazon sets our shipping costs of $4.95 that is why our product price is so low so that the two prices combined are cheaper than those with free shipping. I hope that helps explain our pricing a little bit. Thank you, Chambers Sales
