I was very disappointed in the booklet. Instead of an informative book what I received for my $5.99 was an "infomercial" in print advocating the virtues of TraumaComfrey, a product promoted by the author. The only thing missing was a discount coupon on your first purchase.

The information provided in this book can be found on the net. This book is one big push for their product. Don't buy it.

I learned a LOT about natural pain killers, skin healing, etc. from this book. factual information given to promote IDEAS... not products! I'd recommend this to anyone that has skin problems, pain and wishes to heal themselves without harmful side effects of drugs.

Lots of good info. Comfrey products have helped us get off some medications for pain and inflammation, I would also search the web for more info in addition to this book.

Not what I expected.

At first. Was really excited to get this book until I realised what it was really about - to say that I am pretty disappointed is putting it mildly. Don't bother with this annoying ad - Holly Lu illegal should say upfront that this is merely an advertorial. Big thumbs down.
