I purchased these upon prior customer review. I have a wireless earpiece which kept slipping out because of the rubber tips that came with it. I am sweat a lot when I run, so the rubber tips were a pain to continuously stuff back in my ears when they slipped out. I used these earphone tips and they work wonderfully. The have a nice conforming hold to both my ear and the earpiece. So much so that they kind of create vacuum type of hold once pushed into the ear canal. It's nice because I get to hear more of the bass music I listen to when I run, which I was not able to with the rubber tips. I gave this 4 stars just because the small were a little snug to fit around the wireless earphone tips, and it's hard to measure until you manually fit these to each other.

I have small ear canals I guess... so I grabbed these.I found with my NuForce ne700x the foam tips were a bit too long. & since they give you 3 pairs I trimmed the back of them to match the OEM small rubber tips with some scissors. That seemed to help them fit better. Since, i've mastered a technique to get them to sound the best.It's simple;1. Turn your device to 15-20% volume on a song2. roll one of the phone tips COMPLETELY squished as suggested in the packaging3. quickly insert into ear canal (memory foam!) As the foam is expanding find the best position for your sound quality & comfort, this is important for bass & clarityHelps to do one at a time.& i also use a shirt clip with my headphones

I absolutely love these. I have the Jabra Pulse bleutooth headphones since I work in a metal shop and also run for exercise. These ear bud tips give you total sound isolation (I wear my headphones when I work in the shop and these make them double as ear plugs against grinder noise and other tools).Their snug, unshifting fit make it so nice to go on runs with since they stay exactly where they should. (Once I start to sweat, regular earbud tips get slick and slip out of my ears just enough to make my audio sound weaker and generally annoy me. I never have that problem with these.)

I generally like the way that they feel, but they wear out way too quickly. Perhaps I'm too vigorous with them considering I'm wearing my headphones about 10 hours a day, but I purchased these a little less than 2 weeks ago and one of the pairs have already ripped and started to wear out. They tend to stop being firm and grow more and more "mushy" and porous in the tip where they spend the most time in your ear. It seems almost like the earwax is breaking it down or something. I'm not sure, but for the price ($5 each!), I can't justify buying them with how quickly they wear down.So if you wear your headphones as much as I do, you may want to consider alternatives.

I had previoiusly gotten the medium size in these, and could tell they really did keep out the noise better, but just felt too big. These small size are much better fit for me, and yes, they do help keep out the noies. They are made of a material that reminds me of ear plugs, so they expand a little after you put them in your ear, to help mold TO your ear. Keeping out the sound.

When I put on a pair of eartips to my IEMs, they had nice noise isolation and were comfy for short durations. However, within the next few days, the eartips began ripping from the very top first. Tried it again with another set and the same thing happened.

If you have a pair of Sony XBA-1 headphones? GET THESE NOW. You will not regret it. Completely changes the dynamics of the headphones. Where once there were shrill highs and shallow lows, there will be perfect balance, with (if you got the wrong song) some occasional, soul-shaking booms, when and where you want them!

There kind of fit tight in my ears and I found that the regular silicone tips that comes with the earbuds to be better for easier in and out of the ear.
