From the moment the engine started after this item was installed there was a loud screeching sound.The Bendix did not retract, so eventually (less than 60 minutes later) the unit seized, destroying the flywheel and causing $2000 damage to my engine.If there were a way for me to install the unit incorrectly I would willingly accept responsibility for my error, but this installation is a simple bolt-in job.In a just world (Ha!) the vendor would reimburse me for the damage his unit caused, but of course they refuse to do so.

Fast shipping, great product, good price.I was optimistic that this would be a good starter at the price, it turns out it was great starter for the price.Would recommend anyone buy from here.
