This is an amazing product! It was hard to open even for an adult- which is great! I KNOW my 8 month old will NOT access the cords! He was all over the surge protector- even when it was behind the subwoofer, but since using this, it’s like they don’t even exist anymore! I was pulling him away every 20 minutes before this! It’s truly worth the money! I couldn’t be happier!

This item would’ve been a goodbye for the money if you have a space large enough to hide a big rat trap. It is the size of a rat trap for a giant rat. If you could put your stuff in it and under your bed and not have to get into your cords at all it would’ve been a goodbye. However some of us have to use our cords in more than one place once in a while.

We used the device to protect our 7 week old Bichon puppy. It is very well made and serves its purpose well.

So I've bought 5 of these (first order was 2, second order was 3) and here's what I think.- It's not bad but I just wish it was betterPros:- Seems pretty secure (for a toddler). It's unwieldy, and no clear point of attack. The most a child would do (I imagine (I've been surprised before so I'm putting in my disclaimer)) is try pulling on the card which isn't too bad.- Biggest toddler proof surge protector box that I can find (unless I decide to make one myself which I suppose is possible if I get a 3d printer)Cons:- As the other reviews have mentioned, two of my boxes had loose tabs since the adhesive of the tape hadn't stuck. I was able to put some pressure and reapply the tape and it looks like it's sticking now. Kinda disappointing when you consider you just paid $30 for this and the tape for the tab is coming off.- Not big enough- So I've got a 10 outlet surge protector (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000AI0N2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which fits inside the box great. Unfortunately, I need to use the MacBook extension cord since the adapter won't fit inside the box.- Realistically, since it's not big enough, you're going to lose half your outlets of your surge protector if you're putting in things that have a power adapter/blockOverall: 4/5 stars mainly because it's kinda works and is the only product on the market. Could you fabricate a box yourself? That's someone you'll have to decide, if not, get this and be done with it. Will post an update a few months in (if anything has changed or if I still remember)

I ordered this product to hide the tv cords that I have behind my tv cabinet as I just adopted 2 kittens. The kittens get into everything and like to chew on electrical cords. This item worked great and I have peace of mind that the kittens will be safe and not be hurt.

This box is definitley more sturdy Thant any of the others. The plugs are completely covered! The tubing and ties were awesome to have as well. We went from a nest of wires to organized and baby proofed in under 30 minutes. The plugs to all of our gaming system all fit with room to spare.

When I bought this I knew the "lock" wasn't a real lock, which is expected. But I didn't expect the clasp to be a cheap adhesive that came off easily, rendering it just a regular box again.

Initially it was hard to get open, but that is part of the protection. It did work the way it said it would - all cables secure and cannot be tempered with, and is doing the job I needed it to do.

Very happy with my son can't get to play with the cords or the power bar either. I'm very happy
