Will keep your feet dry!! Comfortable to wear. I didn’t know these waterproof socks were a thing so happy I found them. I hate feet feet!

I work outside hiking in the forest outdoors and my hiking boots are not so waterproof anymore. I was looking for something to get me through one last field season until I can replace my boots. These were perfect. I wear liner socks under them, they don't feel great by themselves. I've worn them hiking through thick brush on a wet day when my boots got soaked through (literally poured water out at the end of the day) but my feet felt fine! I could feel the water soaking through my boots as a cooling sensation but the water didn't reach my feet, they stayed almost completely dry! Almost because they do kinda trap in sweat. So if you have super sweaty feet they might not be ideal for you (or antiperspirant works for feet too), but I 100% prefer the feeling of slightly sweat socks to soaking wet socks I literally have to wring the water out of. Maybe not ideal for a super hot day, but they work great for me.

For a general waterproof sock in normal situations, this one is not bad. Very comfortable and does provide a measure of waterproofing. Would be good for a normal day hike. However, I just finished an archaeological survey in a mangrove forest while wearing these socks every day, and my feet were wet everyday. And if water does get into the sock, it holds it in, so you are sloshing around inside of your boots. Definitely not made for truly wet environments

Helped my feet stay warm and dry while riding a road bike this winter. Also used them while hunting. One time my boots got soaked but feet stayed dry in the socks. Will order again if needed

I recently took a trip from Arizona to North Carolina on my motorcycle. My boots are not waterproof and I know from past experience how uncomfortable it is to ride with wet feet, especially when it is cold. I purchased these for my trip and, of course, it didn't rain. Until the last day of the trip, when it poured rain for 600 miles. When I arrived at my ending destination and removed my boots, I took these off (I was in the garage), and walked around in my stocking feet to see if they were wet. Nothing, dry as a bone. My boots were soaked, and wet inside as well. These work great!

I used these socks for a three day kayak camping trip on the Buffalo river in Arkansas last weekend. I wore them underneath my ankle length boots. But getting in and out of kayaks for stops and launches typically covered the top of my boot, and while water got inside, my feet stayed dry as these waterproof socks were much higher than the top of my boot. They’re soft and the thin membrane has a hint of a crackling sound, but they feel like normal socks when you have them on. Once I went in deeper water that was above the socks, and they got wet , so I turned them inside out and dried them overnight on a branch. They were still a little damp the next day, but warmed up with my feet as I was moving around and paddling. I’m going to use them in the future under my boots to protect my feet from rubbing and for additional waterproof dryness. I like these a lot better than my thicker neoprene socks.

Perfect if you have to put on soaked shoes but if you completely submerge your foot in water you will be wet. Would recommend if you are looking to avoid the unpleasantness of putting on your wet shoes

After wearing these off an on for about three months I can comfortably give an honest review. Placing these socks on your feet is introducing you to another level of security against weather. I work in an industrial setting, and I am in oil mud and water almost all day. My boots average 15,000 steps a day and wear out in about six months. The first thing to go is usually the waterproof. I HATE WET FEET. I will say it again I hate wet feet. When it would rain my day would completely go to crap because I knew my boots were going to leak and I would have wet feet. Not anymore now I look forward to the rain just so I can show off my socks to all the other poor souls who thought their boots were waterproof. They keep my feet dry and they don’t even feel like you have sweat in them. They are not hot as satans testicles like I thought they would be they keep me comfortable and dry and I am so happy these socks found their way home. I will be buying a pair for every day of the week and a spare set to keep in the truck for just in case days.

I was worried these socks would be hot, but I wore them overnight on a very hot and humid night while camping and they kept my feet comfortably dry, not hot at all! Very impressed at how breathable the socks are. I haven't tried walking in water, but they were waterproof enough to keep my feet dry inside my wet shoes. They are thick like winter socks, so might have trouble fitting them in tight running shoes.I followed the size chart and they fit perfectly.

Really great, soft on the inside and out while keeping feet dry. I first tested them out in the bathtub with water reach just below the waterproofing line. It was a strange feeling but when I got out, the outside of the socks were wet, but the inside remained dry and my feet were not sweaty or clammy. I wore them with Nike slides in the snow and they kept my feet dry, but were still chilly. I recommend having warm socks underneath, but great purchase.

I didn't test these by standing in a bucket of water, however wore them on multiple hikes and my boots and outside of the sock were soaked, however, my inside sock were completely dry. Would strongly recommend this item, one of the beat purchases for my hiking adventures.
