Perfect gift for a teen, always hard to find something they’re interested in at this age (except for gaming)! This little cube is a bit challenging, more than I expected - I had to find the right path to open it so I could put the money in it. A little frustrating, but so much fun!There are instructions to guide you, it just takes some patience. What fun when it pops open! And then there’s money to boot!Love it - highly recommend!

It’s made well. But our experience was that it was hard and very frustrating for the 2 kids I gave it to, ages 8 and 16.It’s a fun way to give money but try it yourself before you give it, may be more suitable for young adults / adults.

It made giving a cash gift fun. My nephew had a great time working it to get it open. It became a game for everyone to try to see who opened it the fastest.

Puzzle game. For perfect for what we needed

I got this for a fun Christmas gift. It comes locked and you have to solve the puzzle to get it open. I made my husband do it and he needed 2 tries and said that it was tricky to slide the latch to open the box. I didn’t think it would be a big deal, so proceeded to fill it full and lock it back up.My 12 year old nephew was the recipient and he had fun solving the maze the first time. We had difficulty getting the sliding latch to unlock the cube before the ball was dropped back into play. He hade to solve the puzzle again. Had the same issue on second round, my husband mentioned the “trick” is to slide the latch slowly before the ball is dropped again. He solved it a third time, but alas, still couldn’t get the latch to open in spite of holding the cube upside down and very slowly and carefully sliding the latch. My nephew decided at that time he was over it and got a hammer and broke it open. He enjoyed smashing it very much, so auntie still got some brownie points, but it was pretty frustrating before the hammer came out.
