Khadi Rose water is a beautiful skincare essential. It could be used as cleanser and toner. I think it is suitable to All skin types. Best product in the price range as well. More importantly it's an Indian product from Khadi that meets Global standards.

Love this Rose Water as a Toner after I wash my makeup off. Another plus is the claim it has anti-aging benefits and really feel my skin is clean before applying night time moisturizer. Would highly recommend.
