The Devil of Tekkadan
I absolutely love the Gundam Barbatos design and this kit captures it so well for a good price, it's an easy and fun build with very few runners but it has a lot of details, and the articulation is amazing which is always great for model kits. Awesome kit, very cool Gundam and I absolutely recommend to anyone who hasn't built it yet.

Amazing model.
These models are awesome. No need for glue because they snap together. No need for paints because they are made of different color plastic and have a few stickers. My 10 year old put it together and has been plying with it dinr he got it. He loves these models, I do too! They are beautifully designed and mostly articulated. My only negative is that some of the weapons may be a bit delicate snd prone to break when played with. You can also hot glue the broken weapon piece together, so, that’s not too bad.My son has put a bunch of these in my cart….lol.

HG Barbatos Lupus
This model shipped to me in about a week, the plastic is fairly rigid and flexible but still soft as i broke a tab during building (extra thin cement for the win). The decals that go on are fairly forgiving on skin but stick well once applied firmly to the model. The runners were easy to cut and remove the parts with a sharp set of flush cutters. This kit is fairly easy to put together with a decent amout of detail, nothing compared to an MG barbatos kit. Barbatos is my favorite gundam and will be panel lining when it finally comes in.Update: I recieved my panel liner and have lined it and used the MG barbatos decal sheet to add even more detail to it. It really makes it pop with the more defined lines and extra eye catching aspects.

A quick fun build
Noticed this product was on sale for very cheap and had to pick it up. Unfortunately there were some downsides to it.Starting off, if you enjoy the build more than the product, this build is very short. I was done in an hour and a half. This is only my second build, I'm no expert, but this one was drastically easier than the 1/144 Freedom Gundam I built before.Second, the posability of this figure is extremely limited. Its joints move well, but the bulk of its armor stands in the way. In my attempts to get it into a good action pose, I found myself having to reattach several parts as they knocked each other off. Mainly the armor plating for its butt area, but occasionally the entire torso pops off too.And unimportant, but still something to consider, the sword is NOT snug in its hands. It will slide up or down due to its weight and the hands not being tightly gripped around it. The swords size can also throw off the balance if you aren't using a stand for it.Overall, the product is still good, and could be a great beginner kit due to the low number of pieces and time required to build.I would recommend, even with the few complaints.

Barbados lupus rex
Easily one of my favorite gundams, it was a fun build. The detail and color separation was there, a good 5 inch model kit. It holds well. Just be a little careful with his sword but otherwise great product

The kit to get started with the hobby
There is a good reason this kit is so popular, it's and awesome Mecha, the build isn't very complicated at all but still maintaining a feeling of accomplishment nnd joy when it's done, and it's cheaper than a lot of other kits in the same category.

Great kit, with great articulation
Awesome, easy to put together kit. There is a lot of nice surface detail for panel lining, and it also boasts a fantastic range of motion. Would just recommend, when assembling the torso halves together either put a little super glue or mod podge to help keep it intact.

Really good model with a possible problem
I really love the Barbatos Lupus' design. It's actually one of my favorite designs in gundam history. The model is really solid and it has a lot of articulation, but I have couple problems with it. The first is there are a number of big areas of color that are stickers rather than color separation of parts. I would have rather they added $5 to the kit and made those sections separate different color parts since it's going to cost me that to buy the paints I need to fix it anyway.Another is Bandai chose not to include either open hands or the Lupus's arm canons in the kit so they can sell them in a separate options set. There are kits priced the same as this one that come with more stuff. The last problem I think may be just my kit is the ball joint that connects the torso to the skirt is very loose. I've watched several reviews of the kit and have heard no mention of that so I think it's not a widespread issue. It's a really easy fix, but it's still annoying.Overall it's a decent kit, but it really comes down to how much you like the lupus. You're either going to have to put up with big stickers or painting to get the thing close to accurate and you're not getting much in the box, including things that should be there but aren't.
