Well I would also have to be 30 years younger and prepared to do battle with his nearest and dearest, but here is what I think of this book.I would say that if "Big Al" puts a book out, it's definitely going to be 5 stars, such is the value of what he shares after so many decades of incredible success in the network marketing business, doing the exact opposite of the ineffective, hackneyed stuff that the overwhelming majority of MLM "leaders" are advocating.This book was no exception. It will save you time trying to make leaders out of people who really have no drive but are capable of fooling you into thinking they do, and it provides practical lessons on what leadership actually is, how to identify leaders and potential leaders, and how to lead.Like every other "Big Al" book I have, it is one that I will be reading again and again. It is a ridiculously massive oversupply of solid value.

I CANNOT say enough about this wonderful book. It was recommended to me by my up-line because I was struggling with being a "Leader" myself and didn't know how to lead. Thank you so much "BIG AL" for this. The book is easy to follow and implement into my everyday business venture. I found myself cringing as I read, thinking, "WoW! That's ME!!!" This really hit home and I will be thankful every moment I'm working my business for the valuable information "BIG AL" shared in this book. Because it's only the beginning, I'm looking forward to reading and implementing the information I learn from ALL of "BIG AL'S" books.I would recommend this book to any and everyone who is in the Network Marketing Business.

In our fifteen years of network marketing, we have never found anyone who consistently makes as much sense as Big Al. Every time we learn and implement a new Big Al skill, things get simpler, smoother, and better. When we or anyone on our team is 'stuck', we advise turning to any page in a Big Al book or listen to any of his training CD's. You can turn your business around with just one idea, and Big Al has thousands!

Really informative! Helps new distributors get a kick start. Trial and error won't take too much time. Results are just around the corner.

Tom "Big Al" Schreiter explains everything and is very easy to understand. There is really no problem getting people to understand by saying the right words in the right sequence. We are all human and just communicate by showing people how easy it is. Napoleon Hill said it right when he said Tell the World what you plan to do, but show them first.

Good book for beginners.

Tom's common sense approach to leadership makes this so easy to implement with your business. Thanks Tom, for not using words to big for my small brain. It just goes to show that anyone can do this business. Anyone who is willing to be in it for the long haul, that is.
