I love natural personal products, but a lot of them are hit or miss! This one is definitely a hit in my household! The scent is so refreshing and makes my hair shiny and clean without bothering my scalp. All of my family sufferes from sensitive scalps, and this product has helped massively decrease this issue. Another bonus is that everything is recyclable and the packaging is adorable! All around excellent product when it comes to the environment and our bodies!

So, as a shampoo, it’s god awful. Had trouble washing my hair with it because it instantly made my hair clump together and become so sticky hairs got stuck to my hands and pulled out. Washed out immediately. As a body soap, it smells good, lathers well, rinsed well, and doesn’t seem to be drying. Hard pass from me. Will probably become camping soap.

This is small. Very small. So small I went back online to check to make sure its what I bought. That being said... I use it as a shaving soap and it works great for that. I do also really like the smell. However-I probably wont buy it again. very expensive for the size.

If your hair is really oily you have to use a lot of this and it doesn't always get it all out. I have to wash my hair every day when I'm using it which isn't really good for your hair. All and all though, it serves it's purpose and it smells really good.

I truly love this shampoo! It works like a charm, lathers up beautifully, and makes my hair feel fresh and clean. I rinse with apple cider vinegar after I wash my hair (which I’ve used as a conditioner for a while) and together they do wonders. I will say that I can’t really do a coconut oil soak anymore, however. This shampoo isn’t quite stripping enough to remove all the oil in one shower. That’s not a problem, though, since this shampoo keeps my hair moisturized and healthy without the soak!

Like many other shampoo bars these days, this is basically just a bar of oil. It smells good, and would work great as a shave bar, but when I rubbed it in my hair, I just got greasy. I had to use actual shampoo twice to get the greasy feeling out of my hair. It is a small bar, but that doesn't bother me as usually I get a lot of use out of the Lush shampoo bars and this is about the same size as those.

I used this while I was traveling Iceland in a camper van. This worked great, left my hair soft and not greasy.

Used to natural products and this one just isn’t very good. Left my hair dirty and dull. Not a very nice fragrance. Decided to just use as a shave bar rather than return but it made my skin burn. Threw it away. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was a little hesitant initially to use this shampoo bar on my bleached blonde hair as I was unsure if it would dry out my hair. I was pleasantly surprised, however, to find that this bar did not leave my hair dry or stripped off moisture. The bar lathered quite easily and was simple to use (and you don't need to use too much of it either). It has a pleasant fresh zesty fragrance and easily washed off without leaving any odd residue or overwhelming fragrance. I have used this bar as a standard soap for the body and felt it left my skin fresh and clean and I could go without using a body lotion afterwards. It also works quite well as a shaving soap. As I have fairly sensitive skin, I was pleased to see that it did not dry out my skin or irritate it whatsoever. This is a perfect little companion for travellers as it is so multi purpose. It does not disintegrate quickly in the shower and comes in a handy little cloth carry pouch. Bonus points for its natural ingredients, and being environmentally and animal friendly. Definitely highly recommend this product!

I’ve used shampoo bars before but this one left my hair feeling weirdly sticky and reacted with my poor sensitive scalp. I used it for 5 washes to see if I just needed to adjust to a new treatment but I couldn’t stand how unclean my hair felt and how itchy and flaky/dry my scalp was. I also got really bad breakouts on my face but I don’t know if that’s related. The bar is very small and disintegrated quickly compared to other shampoo bars. I couldn’t find this type of bar on the Reef Repair website so maybe this is an older version that is no longer available.

Really like it! Hair feels really clean and soft; sometimes I don't use conditioner after and it still feels great. The scent is lovely. Slightly smaller than I expected (but still a good size) and it is less than half the price of a popular eco brand of solid shampoos that I buy. Will purchase again.

Smells good, cleans well. Wanted to try something different. Just thought it was a bit small in size for the price, will stick with local larger and cheaper solid shampoo bar.

I love this shampoo soap. It's great for the environment and fantastic for my hair. Not only keeps my hair clean and shiny but has cleared my eczema up. Win win!! 😉
