Didn't solve my problem
I can't say if product is good or not as the light fixture issue is still present. May be this isn't compatible rating to operate the lights. Socket fits fixture; light bulb fits the ballast but light doesn't work. Not an exact lettering match on part I ordered but seemed like same overall rating, so not sure why not working.
