Great sensor for cloning originals
Great price on a programmable sensor from a solid manufacturer. I did get a “not a 31 sensor” when I first tried to program it as a clone. Updating my tool firmware from version 4.6 (last updated in 2021) to version 5.2 solved that problem. Now I don’t need to fiddle around when I swap between winter and summer tires and wheels. My summer tires/wheels have the same sensor IDs as my winter tires/wheels. I’ll lower my rating if the batteries don’t last at least 5 years.

Great TPMS unit
Was able to clone my old TPMS and install on my Kawasaki Concourse, much cheaper than going to the dealer.

The more you know the more you save.
Replaced two stock sensors with these sensors from Smart Sensor Pro. You will need the programming tool to program and relearn the sensor to the vehicle. Some vehicles will require the OBDII module for relearning. Nine year old vehicle had two go bad in the same month. Saved money by investing in the programming tool and buying sensors as needed. Not nearly as difficult as it may seem. Now I’ll be able to save friends and family money as well. Two thumbs up!

MUST BE PROGRAMMED BY THEIR TOOL AND PROGRAMMED BEFORE INSTALL
Bought 4 and thought it was going to be an easy install. Does not explicitly say program before install and the tool to program it can only be done by their product which cost hundreds of dollars. Went to Costco, Firestone, and Dealership which all told me the sensor is not compatible with their tools. Since I own a Hyundai Elantra, I just bought the manufacturer brand and it was an easy install at Costco. Don't be fooled by the cheap cost for these, save yourself the trouble and stick with the original manufacturer or more credible brand.
