The color is a bit darker than expected, but it does work with the helmet well. Like the way it fits away from the face. Kid was always complaining about fogging. This mask solves the issue. Like the ability to set distance from face. Plastic seems a bit cheap. But ten to eleven games on a rough and tumble kids head and zero damage.

I hate it. Honestly, the main reasons being 1) its hard to adjust, and when it does fit, it doesn’t STAY that way. 2) its IMPOSSIBLE to paint. Two coats of primer, and it still just peeled off. 3) if you do take it apart, good luvk putting it back together, as the tolerances for this product are minimal at best. Do not reccomend

Overall the mask looks cool, but there is one MAJOR flaw. The helmet mounting system is a joke, they are held in place by spring loaded plastic clips that hook to the rail. They pop off with little to no effort and that would be terrible to have happen mid-game.The mask is okay with the normal head strap but can be uncomfortable at times.

My husband is writing a graphic novel right now and he needed this one for his character in his novel. he did all the research I have no clue but I saw the price drop and bought earlier than Christmas and he was happy to get one gift a month early before Christmas.

It would be a great product if the parts that attatch to the helmet stayed attatched, and if they held out the facemask enough to get over your face. It is very well built, except the brackets.

I'll admit, it has an awesome sturdy design, but I have trouble keeping the brackets attached to the helmet because the helmet is a little wider than the mask, making it hard to attack the mask and keeping it on. The head strap is just fine though since I'll often put that around the helmet instead.

Helmet mounts are a joke. They could have made mounts that don’t suck. But they didn’t. These spring loaded mounts are trash. The strap used to wear the mask is awful. Just dot buy it.
