TLDR: love the vibrating hourly signal, comfortable, no glare from the lense and operates perfectly, also wanna point out that it is totally visible outside in the sun. 10/10 would recommend.First off lemme start by saying that I don't use timer functions on any wrist watch so I gave that part 3 stars because idk how it works.On to my review; I love it. Honestly, I love the simple watches and this is perfect. I'm in love with the vibrate hourly pulse, but it is kinda taking a bit to get used to as I have always had the beeper signal on, when authorized. The vibrate function is absolutely awesome and I'm in love with it. I do keep thinking I am getting some sort of message from my phone though, or something else as I've tried smart watches that just never worked for me. My ONLY dissatisfaction is the notches on the wrist band; they're exactly just in the wrong position for my boney wrist. I'm used to always, ALWAYS, wearing a watch so it says a lot that this is comfortable.I would like to add, for those of which have had Casios newer gen watches, that they have added a plastic lip that protrudes past the band link to protect it and make it more comfortable/durable; my last one broke because the band snapped off from the watch face, no it wasn't the same watch.Honestly, it's well worth the money; again I like simplistic watches,but this one wins the race by having vibrating hourly pulses.10/10 would recommend.

I got the G-Shock first, the DW9052 but noticed the 10 second bar halfway on the face Didn’t leave much room for the hour/minute digits, making it hard to read in dimmer light, SO.. I noticed the MUD watch had bigger time numbers to read and it’s more comfortable to wear and only Slightly bigger.👍 What’s NOT to like. 🤔 I Will edit this later IF I do find something..!! 😎

At the time of writing this review, I've had the watch for a month. I love all of the features, the watch feels super durable, and it's plenty comfortable. My main point for buying this watch was the vibrate alarm and timer. I wake up pretty early in the morning for work, and waking others up with an alarm is pretty annoying. For the first month, I was totally satisfied. The buttons were a little awkward to use, and I ended up just pulling on my arm hair half of the time when I pushed them, but I got used to it. Here comes the first big issue: About a month in, the vibrate function just went. It buzzed once or twice, then stopped working completely, just making a little noise when it was supposed to vibrate. I work with my hands at work, but I've never dropped the watch, nor have I down anything particularly rough with it. Disappointed by the build quality, but I fortunately bought a three year warranty with the watch. Didn't expect to use it this early unfortunately. Would rate higher without the defect! -- 3 StarsEdit 1 --4/23/25: I've been using the new watch that I got after returning this one for a few months, and I'm much more satisfied now. Casio makes good long lasting watches that can take on anything without braking the bank.

I purchased this as a gift for my son. He's tough on watches. It seem pretty rugged and so far, so good . He likes the display and the light up face.

I ordered the mud resist version and spent a little extra specifically thinking it would be more rugged. It in fact was not. The time adjust button stopped working so daylight savings has me an hour off
