Not 11" balloons (way smaller)
This balloons or at least the ones that I received are not 11"! They are really small compared to the other balloons I order that were 11", and if you try to inflate them more either they pop or they look like a pear shape balloon... I barely use this balloons because they did not match in size with the other 11" balloons that I bought... (3 different brands/sellers)
