Product arrived cracked and leaking fluid. The company issued a full refund with no issues whatsoever.

This batterie was shipped with no charge. It is a sealed battery and should be near fully charged at time of sale. Tried to charge on a proper charger and this battery would not take a charge. Waiting on seller to respond with prepaid return label.

Battery was very weak right out of the box, and didn't hold a charge, I didn't get around to installing it until it was passed the return window.
