There are probably better bits out there, but for what I paid for these, I will keep on using them.I have engraved simulated siding in basswood and balsa quite successfully. Have not tried plastic or aluminium yet, but I am sure they will work fine if I ever do.Bottom line here is that if you do engraving. these will likely serve you well.

Good quality and extremely sharp bit. Shipped in a small plastic case with a reusable cap protecting the tip of each bit.

*edit below* Concerned first impressions. Bits are not even close to the same length, the name of the company on the box differs from the one on the listing, and depending on how well they hold up in birch plywood or hardwood I will change my rating accordingly.*UPDATE* After spending an hour straight engraving baltic birch plywood I see no obvious signs of wear, even the tip still feels extremely sharp.

Great but break and wear out very quickly

Not much more to say good bits at a good price. Microscopic inspection (45x) saw no flaws in the points

For the price, you can't go wrong. if you are expecting a decent but not great bit, this is it.

9 out of 10 dull out of the box. They rip the wood instead of cut. Not worth the money! Won't buy again!

I'm merely engraving soft wood, but these bits are fantastic. Great cut quality, and so far I have yet to dull the first bit, after a few hours of engraving time.
