"Works" Great. If One Doesn't Do The Trick, Use Two or Three. Won't Hurt You. It's a natural herb product. I have taken as many as four at bedtime and gotten the relief I needed the following day. But don't just take that many after no results with one. Take two one day, then three if needed, etc.

This is the only product that keeps me regular and hemoroid free.
