Koffee Kult Road Dog Dark Roast Coffee (ground coffee, 32oz)

Bought this for my wife for a birthday present S I got her the dark roast before. She liked the brand and thought I would try some of the different flavors they had. She loves this one and wants to try more flavors now. Win for a birthday!

I prefer black coffee with no additives so I was looking forward to trying this. I prefer darker and stronger. This brand was just avg IMO. Definitely bitter, but not much in an aftertaste or flavor. So I was surprised and disappointed. I live in Athens GA and have always have made Jittery Joes which is local. I still much prefer Jittery Joes dark options. They have no "flavor" oils and their small roasting and batching seem to produce a much better coffee IMO. I also recently tried DeathWish and it was better than Kult, but still not as good as Jittery Joes. And I love JJs old fashion metal cans..... I know sounds like I work for JJ. But I dont- we make composite baseball bats. Look up JJ and see what you think and if you can recommend something better let me know.

I've tried a number of different coffee brands for an espresso maker with a built in grinder. Koffee Kult not only produces the best flavor, the grinder requires the least maintenance with this coffee.

Best coffee I have had to date, I use it in my espresso machine. Big fan of buying from a small business rather than a large conglomerate.

The taste is sooooo good! My only issue is the price. I paid $20 for a 12 oz bag, ouch! I cannot afford too much Koffee Kult at that price, but it's very tasty!

The coffee is robust. With a hint of chocolate in it's dark brew. I'm very pleased with Koffee Kult's product. Nothing beats a great cup of coffee. Delivery was also quick and timely. No worries about running out of coffee before it arrived. That's a relief!
