I had a craving for cherry gelatin recently, and found this item for sale.I was very pleasantly surprised with the taste. Does it taste like real cherry? probably not, but if you like typical cherry flavored candies, you won't be disappointed.The package confirms the typical ratio of 1/3 cup gelatin to 1 cup hot and 1 cup cold water. I found this to work perfectly well, and it set within a few hours. And I have enough in this container to make many more batches.

This bulk gelatin is great for making jello shots at the bar where I work.

I tried a recipe I have used with name brand gelatin Knox that works well. This did not set up at all. I’ve had it in the fridge for 24 hours and it is still runny. And now I find out it isn’t eligible for return or refund. I wouldn’t make this purchase again or recommend the item.
