This heap of scrap does not work I waited for weeks and it arrived today I set a time and it does not count down stays at what it's set at

Good value for money, but cheap and nasty.
I purchased this small timer,so I could use it anywhere,very handy but didn't work at all after a short time,so has gone in the bin.
