McFarlane Toys The Walking Dead TV Series 6 Carol Peletier Figure

I have to confess I had doubts about Carol's action figure given the complaints in the early reviews. I waited a while but finally had to give in. Carol is one of my favorite Walking Dead characters, especially the way she came through at Terminus. I also appreciated her cleverness at pretending to be a typical homemaker at Alexandria lest the group seem too scary. No, I had to have Carol in my collection.The good news: outside the hair being black instead of grey, it looks enough like Carol. Her face has the same bone structure, and people in the business say that women's delicate features are harder to duplicate than men, who tend to have larger features. These are five inch figures and it's amazing what they can do these days. The head is about a quarter inch, yet they can get some true likenesses. I remember the days when action figures had pretty generic faces and you could tell who they were mainly by their costume.I'm pleased with this version of Carol and just wanted to say that no one needs to hesitate about it.

I love this action figure. Carol is by far one of my favorite WD stars!!! She started so sad and pathetic now she is one tough lady. Melissa McBride has taken this character to another level. I just had to have some kind of figure to represent this iconic character. I sure wish I could have Melissa sign it but I doubt that will ever happen.

I am a HUGE Carol fan, and tho I am definitely keeping this figure, because it is the only option, she looks absolutely horrible in person. I am really stunned. The picture you see on Amazon, barely resembles her, but I PROMISE you, that face is NOT what you receive.. It's really disappointing, and I feel like contacting McFarlane and insist on them making a better Carol figure. But, like I said, because she is the only option, I am still going to keep her. =(Also, she is only about 4 inches in height. fyi

Great features and face looks just like Carol hair color is a little dark but not enough to complain about it. All the other features overshadow that.
